To renew your initial Florida sales associate license, the State of Florida requires you to successfully complete the 45-hour post-license course and renew your initial Sales Associate License before it expires. We encourage and recommend that you complete the sales associate 45-hour post-license course soon after you obtain your Florida sales associate license.

To maintain your Florida Real Estate License, the State of Florida requires you to complete a 14-Hour Continuing Education (CE) Course every two years after the initial renewal. The CE course is essential to your continued success in the real estate industry because it provides updates on changes to relevant laws, ethical and business practices.  

To maintain your initial Florida sales associate license, the State of Florida requires you to successfully complete the 45-hour post-license course and renew your initial Sales Associate License before it expires.
