Important Information About Post-License Courses
To renew your initial Florida sales associate license, the State of Florida requires you to successfully complete the 45-hour post-license course and renew your initial Sales Associate License before it expires. We encourage and recommend that you complete the sales associate 45-hour post-license course soon after you obtain your Florida sales associate license.
In fact, all post-license courses should be completed well in advance of your license renewal deadline. Your initial Florida real estate license will be NULL and VOID if you fail to complete the FREC required Post-License course timely. Note, HomeSnatch School of Real Estate is NOT responsible for students’ failure to complete the FREC required Post-License course timely, or who wait until the last week of the renewal cycle to attempt to complete a course. Students who register for a Post-License course, or who take a final exam during the last week of a renewal cycle do so at their own risk.
Also note if you wish to transfer from one course delivery format to another. You must pay the difference in the tuition fee. Each course delivery format is unique. FREC does not allow your course time to be transferred from one delivery format to another. For example, if you transfer from the Online/Distance Self-Pace course to another course delivery format, you must:
- pay the difference in the tuition fee, and
- start the course from the beginning.
All Online/Distance Self-Pace courses are non-refundable and once purchased, students have six (6) months to complete the course.
